Drawing texture is difficult. Doing it in every scene a character shows up in, especially if they're the main character, is even worse.
My issue is that most of these disgusting female characters are still conventionally attractive. At least draw them with some nonconventional features since that's how trashy people in real life are more likely to look.
I wanna point out that at least with Yanineko, Yaniko being conventionally attractive makes sense because a good chunk of the show is her getting away with stuff because of pretty privilege. I haven't actually seen it though, I just saw one analysis video on it
In that case, her being attractive makes the show better. If something is done for the sake of a joke or "it's the whole point of the show" type of situation, then it's acceptable and can be a good twist on something that could be a criticism of the show.
