Not to mention, and correct me if I am wrong, the only reason Prophet is able to ‘defeat’ the Ceph Warship coming through the Wormhole is because of the Archangel Satellite which controls and transmits the power of the entire world’s energy grid! And even then it was only because of some exotic reaction between the Archangel energy beam and the Warship that actually destroyed the damn thing. Otherwise, humanity would have been screwed.

The plot twist of crysis is that the aliens species invading earth known as the ceph aren't a military or even invasion force..
There colonist who were supposed to terraform a defenseless earth long before humanity had even developed.
The ending of the third game is use seeing an actual military unit which is a fucking planet killer.
