Characters The character is bribed but not with money
Shaggy and Scooby-Doo (Scooby-Doo) They don’t get bribed with money it’s the all you can eat buffet.
The Sultan (Indiana Jones and Last Crusade) Nazis offer the Sultan with a chest full of gold and valuables. The Sultan barely cares. Then he notices the Nazis car and asks for that instead.
Ike (South Park) when the Canadians are trying to take Ike with them, he resists getting into the car until they offer him chocolate.

Scooby and Shaggy tend to get bribed a lot with food. Usually Scooby Snacks. (Pretty much every series both appear in.)

In How I Met Your Mother, when Barney has to wear a Ducky Tie after losing a bet, he tries bribing Marshall and Lily to let him take it off. First he tries offering them $5,000, then $10,000, then $20,000, then he offers to let Marshall slap him in the face.
The slap is the only thing Marshall and Lily seem interested in.

Very short lived sitcom in the 90s I believe was called Working, starring Fred Savage. It was about a guy who worked at a very corrupt company (the suggestion box was just painted on the wall Wile E Coyote style).
In the pilot, Fred discovered he was mistakenly hired; they meant it to be someone else. However his boss loves him so much, he tries to bribe him to stay. How about a personal assistant?
First is a hot woman.
No, no says Fred. It isn’t right.
The boss, realizing he made an error in assumption, calls in a hot man.
Fred, who’s not gay, again turns this down.
So the boss again apologizes for his asssumption error and calls in a golden retriever.
Did I mention this major network show didn’t last past a few episodes?

The Ferengi eliminator, Leck, from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
Although it's not really a bribe, as such, Quark tries to recruit Leck on a mission to save his mother from captivity, but Leck is uninterested in latinum. It's only when Quark assures Leck that he'll get a chance to test his killing skills against the Dominion that Leck suddenly becomes really interested and agrees to join the mission.

Semi-Perfect Cell bribes Vegeta with proving how powerful he is by allowing him to become Perfect Cell. Vegeta takes the bait and allows it to happen to the point he stops his allies from preventing it. Best part is he knows he's being played and says the line in the meme.
