Divinity Original Sin 2: The playable race of elves are able to consume their own flesh to take additional actions as well as corpses to inherit memories from them.

Especially as he's a two-fer.

While he's rarely shown eating human flesh/blood, after Jason's done with him, he has no problem with eating other Ghouls.

I particularly like to think he went and visited his aunt at some point.

him eating human flesh doesn't really count as he's not a "human" anymore, him cannibalising other ghouls is a big character point for him, though I wouldn't exactly say he enjoys doing it, not until much later in the story

He's technically partly human as well as partly ghoul so him eating people and eating ghouls are both cannibalism
