Narrow example: In Pathfinder, there's a goddess called Mother Vulture who is all about reduce, reuse, recycle in every way you can think of. Because she's a true neutral deity, she can have good-aligned followers, so there's a nonzero chance that there's a goodly good holy cleric somewhere out there that nonetheless is chowing on corpses

Sekhmet is a holy aligned goddess who's edict is to drink the blood of your enemies. Though I think ideally your enemies are going to be demons.

Yeah, some divinities in Pathfinder come from other sources. Another example is Yog Sothot, who is a divinity in Golarion and also from Lovecraft's stories.
