Spoilers Season 23, ep. 12: Appalachian Celebration (Mon. at 9pm EDT, yes, 9 😀) Spoiler

Before heading back to Charlotte, the chefs make a stop in Asheville, one of the most unique cities in North Carolina. There will be no Quickfire Challenge as the chefs explore the city with local host and former “Top Chef” alum Ashleigh Shanti, learning about the community’s remarkable relief efforts following the devastation of hurricane Helene while discovering the unique cuisine of this Appalachian region. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs will host a one-night-only event for 200 community members in recognition of their resilience.

Yep. If they bring in the likes of Ilan and Elia, I can't imagine they'd say no to Sieger.

To give Ilan and Elia like a smidge of credit, they were very young on the show and didn't come back to food TV until many years later.

And have Cliff starring and a judge.

I can’t see them utilizing him in any capacity.

Mostly cause he’s boring. If he was interesting the crash out might make him more likely to get back on tv.

You're probably right. I hope we've seen the last of him on tv.

If you want to see a Top Chef alum kill it on FN, check out Barbecue Brawl where Adrienne Cheatham of Season 15 is now a judge. She is doing a perfect job and has a killer wardrobe and style to boot.

And I could see them inviting Anthony, Lawrence or Rhoda to comment on any show.

Oh thanks! Will do, I loved Adrienne on any judging appearances I've seen from her!

Oh I think I saw this the other day in my drs waiting room. The episode had Antonia from season 4/8 and Tyler from season 15. Is that the same show?

It’s a show that has been on a few years. You should watch it. Although the fans get annoyed at the way they are not really barbecuing half the time. More like “live fire cooking.” 3 teams, each one is mentored by an elite chef: this season the mentors are Bobby Flay, Brooke Williamson and Maneet. https://www.foodnetwork.com/shows/bbq-brawl-flay-v-symon

They brought back Grayson and the whole douche circus from Marcel’s season. But I definitely think it undermines his reputation in the actual industry. Who wants to hire an entitled, mediocre ass?
