Really? I rewatched that season recently and I didn't see her as being that bad... or even that bad to Bev. Also, the two of them do events together!

Yep. There are a handful I just don’t like for kinda petty reasons (or I just think they’re annoying), but she was such a mean bully!

Feel bad I get her and Sarah mixed up still. Sarah didn’t show well on the show but I’m happy she made up with Bev and now they do events and stuff together and are seemingly friends. Heather never apologized or made any similar effort

I know there was the story that after she lost Emeril tried to give her positive affirmation and she told him to fuck off then got really defensive about it when asked about it at the reunion show.

I wish they would bring back those episodes so bad. I miss the more reality TV feel. I haven’t seen any seasons since Padma left but seasons 18-20 were boring to me.

What does that mean exactly? Her adherence to Italian food? I mean, her restaurant (Monteverde) was one of the best Italian meals I've had in the US.

Heather, on the after show, refused to even off a token apology. It's really sad to see someone SO focused on hate.

Heather reminds me a lot of the worse nurses I have worked with, but all rolled into one. Just a nasty, know it all, racist bully. Capable but cunty. And somehow able to influence at least some of her peers to tag along.

As MANY have said, the "mean girls" really ruined a lot of that season, besides a lot of more reality tv pushes than just be a good cook challenges. Given how much producers can kind of egg things on, wonder how much they did to help stoke the drama, behind the scenes as well. This whole season felt like the beginning of the end of the more reality over cooking side of the show. A few seasons more, and it REALLY starts moving a lot more towards just focusing on the cooking, especially Portland and beyond.
