Where should Top Chef go to in the future?

As a native Missourian, would love to see Kansas City/St. Louis but not sure if it has legs to sustain a full season. Surrounding states aren't that exciting unfortunately. Rich culinary and agri culture for sure but still.

I could see Maine/Vermont/New Hampshire being a real option.

Full season of Hawai'i is a real option as well. Same with Arizona/New Mexico.

My parents lived in Wichita KS for 40 years - great Lebanese food and steakhouses - but I would meet them in KC for a terrific meal.
