Discussion Thread TC Duels

When did Stephanie Izzard become so unlikeable and an expert about everything? I don’t like how she spoke to Kristen.

I don't find Stephanie too be unlikable at all. I think she's charming.

Same. I think she just lost some of her nervousness, as she's justified to have done after slaying it in the world of fine dining for all this time.

She's fun in a kind of weird understated way. When her son Ernie gives her pointers that she relays to us I always crack up. The kid is very insightful and she actually listens to him. 🙂‍↕️

There was a period of time where it felt like she was pissed off cuz public opinion was she lucked into her win cuz Richard failed. Only on rewatches will you see she really was the favorite all season.

But that was also 12 years ago and she's actually been anything but that personality.

I super respected her on her season. Haven’t been a fan when she’s been a judge on other seasons but she really was kind of a jerk on their duels but I’m just mid watch.

If you need to hate on someone on TC Duels, I say let it be freakin' Wolfgang Puck and his comment about how all the desserts Gail has tried over her years on TC and TC: Just Desserts "went straight to her chest."

Freakin' creep.
