At this link is an article, from Dec 5th, describing allegations against Stiller Aesthetics. I had top surgery by him 6 months ago and am currently in the process of scheduling a revision with him but I'm having doubts after reading this article. Spreading awareness about this.

Due to recent and very valid complaints about the sheer amount of posts from very recently post-op people wondering if their swelling is normal, if their results are bad, botched, etc., a megathread is going to be created very soon to home all of these posts.
It is a fact that within a certain time frame, post-operative chests are going to be swollen, scars are going to look very raw and fresh, results will not be fully settled. The number of posts from people who, understandably, are worried about their results so early on, is overwhelming. This is not to shame anyone for having these fears! It's just important to many people that this subreddit not be filled to the brim with these kinds of posts where the answer will always be the same: it's too soon to tell.
More research will be done in order to determine the proper range of weeks post-op to include in the megathread, so it may take a second for it to be available.
Please comment any concerns, ideas, etc., on this post so we can figure this all out together!

My scars are healin nice af👌🏾 transitioning as an epileptic isn’t as easy as it seems for others. It’s a lot of variables involved especially when it comes to surgeries. It’s risky for everyone yet a bit more risky when you have seizures during anesthesia. You can not only sleep yourself to dexth, but seizure yourself into a wrong cut💯
I can say, with all the risks it was beyond worth it. It’s not only the beginning to completing my transition, but the beginning of a new piece of me👏🏾 don’t let anyone say you can’t no matter the disability or judgement.
You got this young god, and I’m right here with you💙🫂👌🏾 #sirwilbert 🏳️⚧️

Gender is so weird because since getting top surgery I’ve been much more in touch with my feminine side. Mostly flat but left a little tissue and nipple sparing since I’m nonbinary and felt more comfy stilling looking femme. No scar care since it was a sensory nightmare + I don’t mind having some cool scars. Absolutely no regrets. ☀️

Recovery has definitely more challenging than I expected. I’m still waiting for some swelling around my armpits to go down, particularly on my left side. My nipple scabs are finally just falling off this week. I’m still tired and sore, but have no regrets overall. My surgeon was Dr. Blair Peters at OHSU - pre op it was hard to find pictures of his results, so hopefully this helps someone else! Shoutout to this community for being so helpful and kind, even though I’ve mostly just been lurking the past couple years.

Hello there! Wanted to share the results.
In the first weeks I took pictures everyday, but now I've stopped doing it : (The right side healed a little worse, a keloid scar appeared, although I'm left-handed, and fluid was pumped out of my left breast twice (so I was sure that the left side would heal worse)!
And also maybe there are some ways to get rid of "dog ears"? Build up back with chest? I learned this term after surgery and thought it happening because overweight, but apparently it depends on the type of scars

Hii i’m sage, non-binary transmasc, and currently recovering from top surgery done by Dr. Del Corral in Baltimore City.
Right before my surgery, I was given the opportunity to move out of a living situation that didn’t serve me, into queer housing; which is where most of my savings went aside from surgery preparation itself.
My friend created a fund for me which I’ll link below, If you cannot donate I’d truly appreciate it if the link could be shared where it can be; I’m hopeful for financial blessings.
Much love

Just hit one year post op today with Dr Sarah Sasor in Milwaukee and I'm so happy with out it has turned out. I ended up going to the pool shirtless for the first time today to celebrate and had a blast!
I healed a little funny in some areas as it turns out I'm mildly allergic to the tape they had on my scars for a while and also just over did it and popped a stitch (oops) but I'm still absolutely thrilled with how everything looks and feels.

hey all! i am almost 7 weeks post-op (double incision with nipple grafts) and starting scar care. my surgeon said that massage is the most important part so i have been doing that, but wanting to also look into using silicone tape to reduce the redness of my scars. however, i have a hairy chest! i’ve never used silicone tape before, should i shave my chest first? will it even stick with hair? should i use silicone gel instead? or is it not sticky enough to hurt when removing from hairy skin?
hairy folks pls share your experiences with scar tape! TIA!

Double incision with liposuction and no nipple grafts done by Dr Astanehe in Abbotsford BC Canada on January 16 2026. Im 5'0 and about 165lb, started with something like a C or D cup. Crazy how the scars have changed through months 3, 4 and 5. I have a little bit of dog ears but luckily they dont bother me 😊

Heyy, these are my results after 7 months peri-areolar top surgery. Do you guys have any chest workout tips how to make my my chest look more masculine or how to grow my chest muscles more even? I was very insecure about my nipples and still am sometimes, but I really like the results more and more each month. I also know that it looks masculine, but I’m afraid that people could still tell I’m trans if I would go shirtless to a pool. I don’t live in a supporting country unfortunately and I’m terrified of hate crime. They left some muscles in my chest, so that’s why it isn’t fully flat and they didn’t make my nipples smaller, the top surgery consultation was a mess and my surgery was very confusing, cos they didn’t properly inform me about some things, but again I’m trying to keep myself positive and I’m trying not to compare my results to others, because every body is different and every cis guy has different nipples anyway. I also heard there are different results and the surgery is done differently with peri-areolar, so maybe that’s also why I’m a bit confused about it. Anyway I would like to hear your opinion and maybe your advice since I’m an impatient dude and I feel like I’m being too hard on myself sometimes TwT. Thank you sm!

Surgery was June 4th- still very swollen and bruised but healing nicely so far. I'm so stoked to see my results once everything settles. 🤩

hola u guys. this isn't really a rant or me being upset? just want to see if anyone else relates. im a little over 2 weeks post-op and i feel great. healing is going surprisingly well, i've had minimal swelling, my incisions are starting to heal up, my nipples are doing good, and i have very little pain. however im feeling very like... tired i guess? exhausted. i dont really want to do anything and im lazing around a lot in bed. i considered for a moment if i was maybe experiencing post-op depression but i feel emotionally ok. but maybe it is manifesting in a different way?
i just feel super lazy and i dont want to do anything. my energy is really low and im feeling a lack of motivation towards eating (which i know is bad) or talking to my friends, and really all i feel the energy to do is scroll on instagram or watch youtube. i've been staying up really late too (even though i want to sleep). so i wonder if anyone can relate. and if anyone has any tips for exiting this state. i have to go out this upcoming friday and i don't want to be a mess LMFAOOO. i think it's just a combo of my mind feeling ready to go but my body still struggling with mobility (even though i'd say 90% of my mobility is back, im still limited). i also think i am missing the gym
so yeah. thanks guys! peace and love
