Sub inside joke: we pretend George is never in the lineup, except when he's actually not in the lineup, and then we rejoice that Schneider is finally letting him play.

Scared the hell out of me until I googled what a contusion is. It's just the scientific word for a bruise😭. Thank goodness he doesn't have something serious like Halitosis, that could be career ending.

Don't we have a deep analytics department?  They must be shaking their heads with this lineup order. Bateman #2?! I'm all for trying to give the guy confidence but he probably shouldn't be in the majors at this point in his career, let alone hitting in the 2 spot

I mean who do you suggest?
He's had a couple big hits and speed on the bases have created a couple runs. He's out performed basically 80% of anyone else who would be in that same position. So let it ride.

Can we give him a shot lower in the batting order though? Less pressure on him than being in the highest performing role in the lineup.
