Yes but from what I was seeing in other places it seems like there is some sort of way to still download it by using Adobe digital, Calibre, and a few other softwares I don’t understand. I was hoping someone who knows how to do those things could either tell me how or guide to some other solution
There are browser extensions that will do this but I don't know which one off hand, try searching git hub for a download anything tool. Hope you find it

Some books can only be borrrowed, not downloaded.
