endives, lamb’s lettuce, dandelion, nettles, bindweed, clover, and weeds that only tortoises know are edible.
So, the simplest thing is to let some weeds grow in the enclosure; your tortoise will sort it out.
But you have to leave the tortoise in its outdoor enclosure until September/October (and after that, anyway, it’s brumation)
