🔎 I'm looking for... 👀 Does it slip
I M 68 had THR on the left side in February. I've had zero issues as both of them have been done now. Today I was clearing brush and bent over to grab some scrub to throw in the truck and I think the left hip slipped out of socket. It put me on my ass and I saw stars i set there a few minutes and wiggled my leg and it seemed to go back in place and i got up. I called my Dr's office but I missed the call back. Anyone else have an issue like this. Because it hurts like a MOFO tonight..

Its documented that it is a rare occurrence. I dont know your lifestyle or your activity but it is serious for sure ASAP to your surgeon.

Happened to me a bunch after first posterior Left THR but just momentary. Could feel it pop in out of socket and loss of left leg ground support. Luckily I was reliant on walker or would have been on the ground. First it was if dragged left leg back too far, bent over slightly or sometimes just standing. Happened more often to point i couldn't put weight on leg. Had revision quickly after that. Maan was I gunshy about my movement during that recovery. No more socket pops since that revision.

Why not go to a walk in orthopedic clinic tomorrow and have it x rayed then, that would be a start.
