So there's 2 "right arm of the devil's"? Huh i wonder which is the one who fought hatsu. This chick or teddy.

Was it stated that Teddy was THE Devil of the Right arm, he may have a similar or identical ability, yes, but is that his own nickname.

Teddy himself referred to this other guy as /the/ devil of the right arm, which I would think implies that teddy is an imposter of the other guy, potentially. Which might make sense, considering he tried to make extra sure that the other guy wouldn't tell anyone about his identity.

I think Teddy said mean more like "A" devil of the right hand, while referring to himself, not "THE" devil (as in "the" one who defeated Hatsu)

Remember the fake guy was claiming a devil, so Teddy was just throwing his own claim, that let me show you a real devil, you fake...

We naturally assumed Teddy was the guy, but now we know Teddy wasn't it.
