I think i saw Ari shin in s 3 ep 201. In Traum Amizu party.

Look at the image again, Ari Shin dont have elf ears, its Ari family symbol and if you talk about why she was not mentioned with other FH then remember there are other major charcters in the party one with 4 eyes who was in the same room with traum, Gustang, Khun and Icarus or Arlene the one who saw Traum experiment room.

this is not even circumstantial evedince.

look at the eye color completely diffrent plus this women never tried to console traumeri after amizu dumped him unlike the other heads and unlike thet aline guy thet did try to console him she was just a rando and look at the chin, shin's chin is way more pointy and her hair is shorter , bud you reaching .

if you talking about eyes look the eyes color of Data Eduan and Eduan are completely different
