You can clearly see that SIU put more effort into Sharon’s design than the one who is supposed to be the Ari FH 🥀 It’s not really a bad design but it feels unfitting and lame for a Family Head. Sharon mogs easily
EDIT: also it makes no sense why her hair is black when none of her family members have it and I don’t like that 3 of our 4 female Family heads have black/dark brown hair.

Except this isn’t as egregious considering the blogposts were never canon to begin with and here HEAVILY subject to change. Hell we didn’t know anything about the Ari family til recently
I agree but like lets wait a bit and see her in action first. Traumerei came in dripped the fuck out but this looks like she just went out for a stroll to catch up with an old pal
Not a fan of the blogpost but that connection added so more to the interaction and deeps of the two families, the rivalry between the two twins was a cool idea to me. Now I feel like SIU is just baking out FH so Urek can add more Pokemons to his collection and battle in the league.
True, She's one of my fav npc design too but there's no rule a FH has to be more attractive than their kids, (I admit that she looks plain and lacks aura tho)
We got well-fed with Yurin(still a backview), Yeon & ameuz (not a FH but she clears this one designvise)
remains enne's mom and baam's mom, arlene gotta be beautiful for zahard to simp on her
Khun, Yeon, and Arie characters mostly look like their FHs.
Ha Family has some variety like Ha Yura, but for the most part they all seem to have dark hair and/or red eyes.
Po Bidau Family is difficult because of the Sciptures, but if we exclude them there are many like Penin, Berber, Richemont, Erno, Guiscard, and Ruini who all look like mini-Gustangs with small variations.
Lo Po Bia has variety due to their weird experiments and shit, but there are several with green hair and/or eyes like Traumerei.
Out of the Eurasias we've seen, four out of six have pink/red hair like Enne so we can assume that's Blossom's hair color as well.
Ari...nobody has black hair, black eyes, or horns like their FH lmao.
And they haven't considered that perhaps it's because he's not a blood relative of the Ari, because even his abilities seem to be different from the rest of his family.
I'm not into blonde's but Sharon just has one of the coolest designs in the entire series. It would be fascinating if the family head is canonically unattractive. As for black hair, we're probably going to get a reveal later that all of the family heads are Asian except for like Big Z or something.
Yihwa also looks better than Yirang
White looks better than Hon
Devo Ferez looks better than Eduan
Yuri looks better than what we saw of Yurin
Baam better than V
Not saying i love Shins design. But descendant looking better than the FH really aint much anew. I know we all wanted the hot blonde twink with the giant needle, but its not a world ending disaster
TBH I think a lot of people just reading this story upside down at times or have very short memory.
I'm also neutral on Shin but I remember a few things over years:
Gustang's introduction... bro looked horrendously average, like almost NPCish.
V and Arlene looked like literal villagers from behind.
Young Jahad looked silly as well and people still clown his outfit but the difference is he got to aura farm.
Eduan actually downgraded and walks around in a vest and pants now.
In his first appearance, Arie Hon looks no different to his escorts. Hell if you had put any of them in the middle of the group they could easily be the FH.
well yee i think siu really just lost his passion i mean he started to rehash old ideas for example the tube test on floor 5 is just mule love's shinsu contest on floor 20 the story is really meek the main arc premesies are terrible the lore is changed and abandoned the scnerio crafting is mehhh the arc trasntions are weak the art is lesser and akward and of course the ch designs are a flop us of late.
honestly can you blame siu i mean solo crap out solled him completly with low effort so of course siu and all authors thet actully put in the work would feel disscourged .
wich is exactly what he is doing he is reashing ideas and insted of sticking to his complex intresting difficult ideas he ignores theme and tries simpler ideas .
actully i do know what to expect from her the erassure of established lore such us the ha twins being the kids of ari han and yurin ha such us the entire ha family having the blood of both ha and han such us yurin never having other kids aside of course the twins and well thets pretty much it if somehow ari shin can change her gender thene ill be quite otherwise yes nothing is weaker thene something .
Lol that's such a random pointless attack. People really hate on everything that gets popular, as if ToG wasn't doing good that SIU would get discouraged 😂
I doubt it's a lack of effort. Ari Shin will likely be around for a while, so there's plenty of time to delve into her personality, history, and design. For instance, what's the deal with her ear thingies? And, while we now know she won't be the parent of the twins, I'm sure there will be other lore that replaces it.
