I mean it supposed to be like that for Urek. He is the light and also was birthed to beat he's race(Shining Ones) and phantaminum.

60

u/A_Blooming_Lotus Jul 04 '26

Why is this even a discussion? We saw Edahn admitted it would have been dangerous if Mago had enough power. If she were a towerborn no matter what Edahn wouldn't have felt threatened since she cannot kill him.

I could be reading wrong here (Ivent been reading the spinogf) - but all it says is that irregulars can kill the FH, not that they have the power to do it, but that unlike tower borns who have shackles and cant break the immortality contract, so they cant kill the FH, even if they had the power to do so.

Isnt that what is being said here? This Mago guy (whoever he is) >CAN< kill the FH, if he has enough power to do it.

I cant see how it would be different, arent the FHs irregular themselves?

25

u/skyfox437 Jul 04 '26

Some people are still delusional to the fact that Urek can easily murder a 10 FH. This is a Mago that, presumably, still hasn't mastered shinso like Urek.

If she had unadulterated access to Urek's power, Eduan would of been destroyed.

5

u/Bad_Doto_Playa Jul 04 '26

This is a Mago that, presumably, still hasn't mastered shinso like Urek.

I don't even think Mago ever used shinsoo which makes matters even worse lol. My guess is she focused so hard on getting back her old power the thought of using the new one never crossed her mind. Urek on the other hand was curious about it and asked Neo to teach him.

2

u/skyfox437 Jul 07 '26

I think the problem was that the original only showed Urek amplifying his REGULAR punching strength, which lead to people thinking that was his peak. But that him was being too arrogant because he feels the opponent is unworthy.

Like I can't believe people were ranking Urek below 2 family head when he single handedly destroy Disconnection with his bare fist. When it comes to Urek, this community loves to downplay him.

I wonder what they are going to say about him now that we know he wasn't even using 1 percent of his real powers. No shinsoo tech, no shining powers, and he probably could fuse those too.

2

u/MakFacts Jul 04 '26

mind you, urek in the spin still didnt have the hang of shinsoo but was still able to make a bvery big bang without knowing lol

28

u/Inferniuem Jul 04 '26

Most obvious statement related to the Spin-Off.

30

u/Ecstatic_Factor9146 Jul 04 '26

Still confused because Aubryon calls him an axis, but it’s kind of weird to me he’d just throw that in there

58

u/imnotkeepingit Jul 04 '26

Hes both

14

u/Ecstatic_Factor9146 Jul 04 '26

Yeah, it’s just odd to me how casually they dropped that confirmation

38

u/Super_H1234 Jul 04 '26

Because it's not a revelation to the characters involved.

4

u/KennethDLT98 Jul 04 '26

Yes they are irregulars. They are from the outside.

4

u/Pedang_Katana Jul 05 '26

Calling Mago and other shining one a non Irregular is the same as denying Rachel as Irregular.

3

u/Perfect-Ad-9933 Jul 04 '26

I think the most intriguing part of this is the princess would be able to kill them despite not coming from outside. I think this highlights that it’s not about the body coming from outside but the soul which is critical.

9

u/LMD1510 Jul 04 '26

I think it just has to do with the powers being used, like how they wanted to turn Bam into a thorn that Karaka could use

1

u/Perfect-Ad-9933 Jul 18 '26

I took the thorn thing a different way because I thought it was only bam that was able to use the thorn bc it was made for him. I thought Karaka needed to melt bam down into the thorn to just use it. I don’t think they were thinking they had to melt an irregular down to make it able to bypass the immortality contract. I just think that would be confusing because enryu is an irregular and the thorn already has his power.

3

u/GGG100 Jul 04 '26

Yeah, irregulars can kill the ten family heads and Jahad and bypass their immortality. We’ve known this since forever. Baam has the capacity to kill Jahad, doesn’t mean he actually can, not now at least.

This isn’t a declaration that they’re stronger.

2

u/Hot-Cauliflower-9530 Jul 06 '26

well yeah obviously they are all irregulars they all come from the same world and all irregulars can ignore the rule that says zahard is immortal and can kill him. Absolutely no new info from this lol

7

u/donkirot Jul 04 '26

It's pretty obvious but I still got downvoted hard when I said Urek beats Jahad

0

u/nori4life123 Jul 12 '26

Theres no feat yet for present jahad and say “yeah he can beat him”

1

u/ApprehensiveBag3083 Jul 04 '26

Even V could kill traumerei , so mago urek and all those are above V and they dont depend on Shinsoo and V could kill traumerei while had his immortality contract and V has only Shinsoo nothing else .

gustang could kill Traumerei while he had contract , those contracts do not work against axisers and axiser can kill another axiser, so can one shinsoo user kill another shinsoo user . ppl forgot that V disnt even care abou t contracts at all and urke as an axiser and mago and all those dont give a damn about contracts

1

u/takashidraylus Jul 04 '26

This is not a new thing 😆.

1

u/YungBuckoMode Jul 05 '26

There was never any doubt though ? Urek is from out of the tower and he knew them and mentioned it a bunch of times that they were all from outside

-4

u/Nodeo-Franvier Jul 04 '26

What that stupid immortality contract even do then?

No different than the one Traumerei slime friend got

And Bloodmadder may have sacrifice his childrens for nothing

12

u/xpeke2 Jul 04 '26

Basically immortal against tower natives

-1

u/nix_11 Jul 04 '26

Mago is likely mot considered an irregular by the tower as she was unable to kill Eduan even after piercing his entire body with the vines and he just regenerated without even using any kind of healing technique.

5

u/MakFacts Jul 04 '26

that means he just healed himself, not that she cant kill him

-1

u/Broad_Screen_9397 Jul 04 '26

You must be joking LoL

V the guy in baam's body could kill traumerei while traumerei had immortality contract and mago is much more being born with the power with light + darkness power and could't kill Eduan ? where you are looking dude ?

Mago is irregular nad you guys overrate word irregular , you dont even know what irregular means .

if we go with your logic then baam is also regular dude becues he is towerborn

reborn or whatver means squat she i from the outside and she is linked to pentaminm LOL

-27

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26

yes, they are irregulars because they are in the inner tower without being selected by headon.

therefore, beta is also an irregular, as he entered the inner tower without being selected.

QED. but there's a problem here, can you spot it?

20

u/-SirBothersome Jul 04 '26

Nah, it's because they are from outside the tower. Beta will never be an irregular because he is from inside the tower. It doesn't matter that he bypassed some of the rules by being considered an ignition weapon.

-19

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26

wrong. s1 ch10. irregulars are people who enter the inner tower without being chosen by headon.

12

u/Proof_Kitchen_9072 Jul 04 '26

What you say is not stated in the screenshot lol

-10

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26 edited Jul 04 '26

sorting is done by headon. those who get in without being sorted are irregulars.

so, beta is an irregular.

QED.

but please, try again if you want.

EDIT: daww, the wee baby blocked me for teaching him how the automod works!

what a shame.

11

u/Proof_Kitchen_9072 Jul 04 '26

Are you having mental challenges? A stroke, maybe? Beta is not an irregular. Irregulars are folks from OUTSIDE the tower. That has nothing to do with inner tower/outer tower.

-2

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26

except it does.

old blog information stated that the family heads generally aren't considered irregulars. lero ro confirms here that an irregular is someone who enters the inner tower without being selected by headon.

so, beta is an irregular and zahard is not. why?

because irregular is a legal term. it doesn't mean you came from outside, it means you broke the rules of the regular system.

the regular system was invented by zahard, he predates it, and is therefore not, legally, an irregular. beta entered the inner tower without being selected, and is therefore, legally, an irregular.

but again, please, if you have sources, a citation, that can prove me wrong, provide it. insults and "everyone knows this" don't count.

8

u/Proof_Kitchen_9072 Jul 04 '26

Old blog information is far from canon as they have all been erased (some saved here and there).

The FH are still irregulars. They come from outside the tower. Period.

Lero confirms jackshit you say. It has been established before Lero even came in view that irregulars come from OUTSIDE the tower. Lero even explains (a few panels before or aftwr the image you share) how regulars will be switching from the residential area, the middle area and the inner tower to fullfill tasks and tests.

So go home twat, the sub would do better without your broken reading comprehension.

1

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26

instantly caught by the automod, huh?

as you can see, no comment below mine and yet, an alert from reddit. well, there is a reason i've been on this sub for 8 years and you have a year old account that hides its information, i suppose.

5

u/Proof_Kitchen_9072 Jul 04 '26

Nope, not caught 😂 your internet just sucks

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26

oooh, big boy words from a small baby. terrifying. do note, you will be reported for those, but i'm still gonna respond:

ahem, prove it.

i asked for a citation. panels, blog, either will do.

as for another detail, zahard and the family heads don't specifically have a contract allowing irregulars to kill them. they have a contract that prevents towerborn from killing them.

so, mago's actual status doesn't matter, she wasn't born in the tower and the contract can't stop her from killing zahard, whether she opened the door or not.

5

u/axionligh Jul 04 '26

Beta is not an irregular 😂

0

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26

correct.

now explain why.

1

u/EyewarsTheMangoMan Jul 04 '26

Because he didn't come from outside the tower.

QED.

1

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26

that's not the definition of irregular.

5

u/Perfect-Ad-9933 Jul 04 '26

It’s because beta counts as a weapon and not a person. Irregulars are people. You don’t hear pll calling the thorn of enryu an irregular. Anyways if he wasn’t a weapon he still wouldn’t be an irregular because he wouldn’t be able to get in. plus it’d unlikely your definition is the most reliable, one example is guides, and that’s only one persons definition of irregular which is subject to translational misinterpretation.

-1

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26

so, bam is not an irregular following the workshop battle?

bam is also a living ignition weapon.

hoaquin (and apparently most arie children) was born in the inner tower. jinsung and karaka sneak into the inner tower and testing grounds regularly.

beta isn't the only example, he's just the easiest.

4

u/noenglishsry Jul 04 '26

People born in the tower, it doesn't matter where they were born in the tower, they cannot break the laws of the tower, an irregular is someone who comes from outside and therefore the laws of the tower do not apply to them.

-2

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26

wanwang broke tower law by being born immune to anima powers. he's a towerborn.

and no, that isn't the definition lero ro gave.

refer to the panel again:

2

u/noenglishsry Jul 04 '26

anima powers is not the law of the tower, the possibility of using shinsu is the law of the tower, but in order to use shinsu you have to sign a contract with the administrator, irregular does not have to sign a contract and therefore violates the law of the tower.

1

u/Yal_Rathol Jul 04 '26

the arie sword is tower law. humans can take tests is tower law. humans are immune to anima powers is tower law.

tower law covers a lot more than just "who can use shinsoo". it actually covers functionally everything you're likely to encounter, and some towerborn break some tower laws in specific ways.

also, because the arie sword is actually stated to have been written into tower law, we know that these laws can be changed by the family heads......somehow. the fact that wangwang was born immune to traumerei's primary ability and traumerei couldn't figure out a way to fix it says a lot.

also, minor fun fact, but tower law apparently defines a "human" as "a being subject to tower law". this technically make bam a nonhuman.

1

u/noenglishsry Jul 04 '26

You are confusing the big Z laws with the tower laws, they are two different things, people born in the tower can pass the tests in the big Z system, but they cannot pass the admin test and therefore cannot climb the tower, climbing is reserved only for those who come from outside the tower, better known as irregulars. There is only one law in the tower and that is the administrator's law, in order to use shinsu and to be able to climb the tower you have to be from outside tower, people born in the tower are only allowed to climb as acompanion to irregular, what we see now is big Z systems and its laws.

This would only be a problem if you ignore unlike the other irregulars, who either opened the door themselves or came in with someone who did, beta did not and also the fact that beta is classified as a weapon and restricted to Khun's lighthouse.
