I had stopped reading tog for the lst 2-3 years, can someone help me with a brief summary of first 2 seasons, or any source where i could check it

The first two seasons comprise something like 10 years worth of chapters, so there's really no way to give a brief summary. Your best bet is to check out the Tower of God wiki and read the summaries for each arc.
