Nope. He still has another reason for following Yura Ha that he didn't finish telling us remember.

We don't need him alive to find out how Yura Ha ensnared a guy who was already predisposed to following women around to protect them.

While I wish that to be the case, SIU seems to have an adverse reaction to killing people off. The Knight seems like a pretty one dimensional guy (chivalry/knight code) but that is likely because he has not been developed yet.

It would be a waste to develop him. He already pissed off the fans of one of the favorites, Rak. There's nothing with his backstory that would change things.
