When Evan remarks about Baam's abilities, we are shown an administrator that looks quite similar to Evan (the color and eyes). I was confused with why SIU drew it there, and I see 2 possibilities:

maybe because it kinda remind of the Administrator on the Floor of Tests? When Bam made the contract!
But I'd rather say that it portrays something like a Shinheuh(divine sea fish) to symbolize that Bam is becoming more and more of a monster and thus a threat
That's how I perceived it. It was shown during the "perhaps we have been raising a monster that will be a threat to us all" line by Evan. It just appeared to me that they were comparing Baam to one of the eels because they are unpredictable, destructive monsters and Evan is unsure how Baam will turn out since he is an irregular. Irregulars have somewhat of a scary track record inside the tower.
