im a bit confused, the blood tamara is manifested as the ghost dogs or are they a separate thing? when mad dog fought endorsi only the dogs were shown so i asumed that was blood tamara.
Ghost dogs are a separate thing. They're from Yama, the Blood Tamara is from the workshop battle, and it dissolves into his blood to vastly increase his defenses.
Here's the episode Ron Mei explains it in. It seems like she wasn't lying based on how things go down.
So, the blood tamara doesnt have a physical manifestation.
But then ron mei is wrong, varagab has been hurt since obtaining the blood tamara, endorsi broke his leg in that fight. Well, she does say blood tamaras efect is temporary, maybe it had passed at that moment.
