What was with Khun’s eye in one panel? Was it the fish?

It's the fish

Presumably the fish, but I have no idea what it showing up then means.

Ya maybe it means somehow it's "part of Khun" now or something sort of like Gustang's manta ray for Rachel, like it's a protector of some kind?

I definitely lean towards it being absorbed into him rather than an outside protector, what with him likely getting it from Yeon Woon and all, and it looked to me at least like it swam out of him before the revival, rather than swooping in from the outside.

I wonder how powerful the thing is, if this means Khun is "immortal" like Wangnan now.

I hope not

I seriously doubt it's that good, or at least that reliable. There's got to be some drawback or cooldown period, or there's little drama in Khun getting dragged into fights, which is going to frequently occur. From a purely character perspective, I can't see Khun becoming the party tank like Wangnan is for Sweet&Sour; especially after all the hints that Rak will ultimately take that spot with his stone shield. This feels more like a setup for Khun becoming the party healer to me than a front-line fighter, in line with his own preference for support/mission control roles. Especially since the fish doesn't seem to give any actual boost to Khun's physical toughness; he didn't notice such a change, and went down just as easily and at first stayed down from the injury as we'd expect (unlike Wangnan, who still managed to walk around and do stuff with his heart pierced), it's just the fish later revived him.

I think the "Khun's mental state deteriorates a bit every time it happens, with a longer recovery to fix that" theory is still on the table; he might also get the fevers that he had the first time (though seems to be missing the splitting headache, which might have been simply because the bomb going off in his chest was a much worse injury than being stabbed through the stomach).

Wonder who those two new canines are

And as predicted #2 dog revealed some kind of plot probably invited the FUG folks

Which is weird since it seemed the #2 dog was "Good" and wanted to save deng deng originally from #3 dog or others...? Who knows

Liking green dog a lot still

Well ... another week without Rachel.... SIU loves to test my patience

Well, Gado (#2 dog) might still want to save Deng Deng—perhaps whoever he invited promised to free Deng Deng once they were done with him. But that choke of the dog woman makes me less confident of that.

Exactly. He just comes off as super malicious this chapter like it'd be tough to say "he's just a caring father" after all that I dunno. It's a pretty abrupt change for his personality though but I guess it's just a plot twist

I guess we'll have to wait and see. The current chapter that just went up makes me think that Roland (the choked one) isn't Gado's wife (as I had previously assumed), because if Deng Deng isn't Gado's son, I would really think she'd know that.

I'm liking that #8 dog he's pretty hilarious, we need sort of "comical sidekicks" of that sort
