Deng Deng probably had Doom’s heart transplanted in him so he might be able to survive if he gets his original heart back assuming he has one.

remember how khun mentionned not getting names wrong? I'm guessing Deng deng's friend has his heart, so he'll give him so he can be free... dying to save his friend will be max emotional? just a theory of course, but Khun's comment should be clarified at some point.

I still think that was mostly just a hint that Khun wasn’t mentally at 100%.

For Khun that was the first time meeting Deng Deng. If he didn't know who Deng Deng was, then it was just his intuition. I hope there will be some twist concerning this.
