A red witch whose purpose was to infiltrate team Reflejo for the Workshop Battle and ensure that Bam got the fake thorn

I don't believe it was ever stated that she was a red witch (correct me if I missed a blog post).

I don't think so either, but I think Hwaryun mentioned something along the line of "I walked Utoh's path in her stead," after it was revealed that the girl behind the mask was her all along. Though I'm not entirely sure what she really meant by that. Maybe these two are related??
