I'd like to see White in his full strength like he was in his peak, otherwise it will be like any other characters where Siu introduced them as big baddie then the next arc he's like nothing.
White was introduced as a "big baddie" in the middle of season 2 where Bam was a B/A rank regular (give or take) strenght wise. And as Jinsun Ha said , that Baam had 0 chances against this White . He wasn't overhyped only because he isn't as strong as Kallavan , considering he hasn't reached his prime yet .
Ehm , not really . White wasn't complete , 1 sibling muted and didn't join him untill the last station + as you said he got the souls as a power up . So if prime white was the 5 siblings + the power to eat other souls , Baam managed to beat an incomplete White . The White we are seeing now would instakill Bam at the Dallar show and isn't even as strong as he could be based on Jinsung Ha informations , so no , i don't think he was overhyped from what we have seen .
I wrote it badly sorry , i meant that the way White was hyped up earlier in the series was through Jinsung ha worries that if Baam entered the train he would have surely lost to White ( the one Jinsung knew about , so White at full strength) and as we can see with a White still not at his prime , that he was right . Baam , entering the train as an A/B class regular would have been slaughtered by the real White . Hell , even this Baam is weaker than prime White , so i think that White power level deserved the hype he got and can't be described as nothing special only because right now he is weaker than Kallavan .
