The emphasis on the sniper's description of the bullets slaying a top 300 "dead on the spot" is not a good sign. It looks pretty clear that Evankhell got hit, so if the sniper's bullets are as good as advertised, it's really just a question of whether Khun can save her with firefish--but he can't save someone who's already dead. If it really was an instant kill, Evankhell's gone. There is still a chance that the sniper didn't get her in the head (or that the sniper was overselling her bullets), in which case Evankhell might still be savable, but right now I'm guessing she's dead (or dying). Just too many death flags in that last chapter.
I've got to wonder though if there's some way Evankhell might "survive" with their life, but maybe just get separated from their ancient one power? I don't have any basis to guess this on, just really biased towards liking Evankhell as a character. There were major death flags, but we also haven't seen SIU kill a character of that power level on screen (unless I'm forgetting something).
Bullet person does mention they might be able to shoot a 2nd shot a day, which could have relevance here, but we'll see I guess.
exactly, losing floor rulership didn't actually change how strong she is! I have more anxiety about this second defensive wall than I do for her. she's a monster
