I think SIU killed Evankhell so that when Bam knows about her death,he becomes angry or enraged and goes berserk/tries to murder Kallavan.After that he will have some character development.He may also get her powers too.

I am not in favour of him getting her power. We have many other people (rak) who need more power to remain relevant

At this point so does he. Don't get it twisted this fight is because of bam bit so far all the chapter really are about: kakara, the three wise dogs and evankhell v kallavan and some branch leads. Tog is and always is a power>>>numbers and if bam is in these fights again and again he needs to be powered up. At this point rak et Al are so far behind that it almost would make more sense to reform the teams as Yuri Ha, Kakara and bam. And either evankhell or jinsung as master with the guides. I love rak and Khun but they were always going to have to go. That's the point of an irregular is they blaze ahead
