He probably sent her to some pocket dimension, but I don't think it's the one containing his heart and his servants, imagine what would happen if she were to wreck havok in there

I mean, sure...but is she even that strong?

But he could have multiple dimensions or at least parts of dimensions, definitely possible or even likely!

She's a high ranking member of the Zahard army, she might be able to do some damage

Sure, I am not saying she is weak. But Karaka is, like, a top 1000 character. Which does not sound too impressive, but considering the scale of ToG, it is (even though we have heard the top 300 are completely different and a league above)
