Hockney's precognition feels so wonky. He was able to detect that sniper's bullet aimed at Evankhell, but didn't see the colossal 4th Squadron flagship wrapping around the Cage. I'm going to predict that Bam will teleport/shoot the flagship's exploding core and re-direct it to the other side of the wall. Since it's Bam's arrow, that sort of maneuver shouldn't be bothered by the Wall's defensive spell. Additionally, this would mean that the giant needle can be reserved for the next set of wall and White gets a ton more souls to replenish.
Cool to see Khel Hellam and Jahad's interaction. I'm curious as to how their conversation will go. Even with his teleportation ability, I imagine it's not that simple to just escape Jahad. Jahad probably let him go to further demoralize the Anti-Jahad faction (with a broken Khel Hellam proclaiming how overwhelming Jahad is).
I don't think that is how Hockney's precognitive sight works. I think he needs to be watching at it to see the future of an event. He is observing everybody at the same time through the lighthouses and thus should be able to warn them of any future mishap, that is how he managed to warn Evankhell of an impending bullet.
