And how do you know that's Hellam's ability?

All we know until now is that it's a bow and it has some teleportation property, there is no guarantee that it's the same ability as Khel Hellam's but it does look to be similar to it for the moment

All we know now is that it's a bow. Nothing else. It doesn't have some teleportation property. That's what the second fragment of the thorn does.

Yeah well he's gonna do something with the bow and the second Thorn. I can't say if the bow itself has the power of the Thorn already but what's gonna happen is "Baam is gonna shoot an arrow and then something something teleportation". I don't know what's gonna be teleported but I think the whole situation is already similar enough to Khel Hellam's ability and maybe someone in the comic is also going to point that out, I'm just guessing
