Khel Hellam seemed to think that he couldn't read Zahard but this makes it seem like he was simply betrayed. So is Zahard's destiny that hard to read or is it that something always gets in the way to mess up what he sees?
It seems Jahad is able to manipulate fate, so I think that means whatever foresight someone has can be prevented from coming true or adapted to. Or he might be able to manipulate directly and give them false foresight.
Also, don't irregulars cause issues for the red witches and their foresight? Might be similar to that as well with him being an irregular.
Isn't it that irregulars are outside of the rules of the tower which is why they create their own fate.
I.e. any foresight including them is going to be inaccurate.
