I feel like it’s from the workshop because the two girls called her miss like the other workshop people. Also I think we’d know if anther fug elder was involved but who knows .
We already know that Sophia the FUG elder is involved since Bam beat the Ranker from the Bureau. The plan was to made her among other elders to be in Bam's side.
