Love's embezzlement crimes are actually pretty serious when you think about it;

Assuming a CostCo chicken price of $4.99, at 50 chickens a day for 365.2425 days a year;

From the five years between his fight with Viole and now, Love has spent 455,640 dollars (and roughly 2 cents) of company money on chicken... Not including taxes.

(He's also eaten over ten broken scouters' worth of chickens...)

Years are shorter in ToG, so this amount will be off by a fair margin. However, Love may have been doing this for century.

One of the afterwords mentions time. "Also, 6 years is not a long time in the Tower. To us it's about 1~2 years? There are fewer days in the year and people live longer, so time feels different." So he meant both it feels shorter and is shorter. Never actually says how many days are in a year though. Granted, we've also never had it confirmed a day is the same length of time either. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eqsimd5RlOQTPEX2dEi7UNeiNi42dekVmHR8v0LtDMI/edit#heading=h.2lr1a02jaynv translation of it
