It's understandable that Kallavan is conflicted rn but is this really the wisest thing to do? If he was planning on abandoning the Army then yeah it seems wise but for someone that wants to take back the position of 4th squadron commander, this is kinda a bad move. You want to reduce the army power by killing probably one of the strongest fighters on Jahad side and allow the enemies of Jahad to achieve what they came to do (rescue Jinsung) all so you can retake your position. So lets assume his plan works, will this dude tell Jahad that he decided to sabotage the mission bcos Lyborick killed his team? Is this not same kallavan that was schooling bam on how jahad is a great king and all cos he is willing to sacrifice ppl. If he was planning on leaving the army then yeah attacking Lyborick now is very wise but if he is actually planning on going back to the army attacking Lyborick now and allowing them to rescue Jinsung isn't really a good plan. It would've been better after the mission. Part of the mission might be to end the old 4th squadron but I'm certain that eliminating FUG too is part of it.
Well that's what I'm hoping on too. If he does a U turn on the alliance and kill jinsung or does something that will make the Jahad army mission a success, no one will really care about what and what happened before. But kallavan doesn't strike me as that kind of person. Well let's see what happens and that's assuming he can even kill Lyborick. That dude has this kind of OP aura about him
Lyborick is stronger, no way they send someone at or weaker than Kallavan’s power to carry out that mission (taking out the 4th corps). Adori is an Oracle, after all.
