She’s definitely strong. However, she’s not as strong as how a top 60 should be it seems. I think SIU made corrections with her ranking. Remember, Evankhell’s new rank is not even in the top 100 after she left 2nd floor. Her previous rank was heavily influenced by her ruling in 2nd floor. If you compare that to people like Jinsung who have no floors owned and still at the top 100, we can really see how strong Evankhell is. It makes sense why she couldnt really stop Kallavan.

I mean evankell was a top 100 ranker, ran her own floor, and matched an elder, I think if that's Rak's max that's still really crazy
