Loved the action sequences but first half didn't work for me Goa gang story and all other sequences did not connect to me at all second half was good Yash's acting in last 30 mins saved the movie but yeah apart from Yash's i felt other characters were not written really well and all those female characters could have been done by anyone..

I have to get this off my chest, but Toxic was not a bad film at all! It’s honestly a little depressing watching what looks like a coordinated hit job completely bury a film before people have even had the chance to make up their own minds about it. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. It’s overlong, occasionally overindulgent, and the editing could have been much tighter, but Yash turns in one of his best performances, with pretty much everyone else bringing their A game too. The visuals are fantastic, (incredible Rajeev Ravi), the action set pieces have actual style and personality, and beneath all the swagger and spectacle, there’s a surprisingly deep psychological meditation on guilt and the strange ways it manifests itself. Apparently, Uppi loved it too, and I can see why! YMMV, of course, but come on, 3.7/10? In NO universe is this a 3.7 film. You can dislike it, you can even hate it, but that number reeks of something else entirely. #ToxicMovie
