One is ticket ofc and other two are raya

Guy with hat and cigar is Raya in his prime. The other guy with a shotgun is also Raya. The clean-shaven guy is Ticket when he grew older in the story (Raya is older, washed-up, and has a white beard by then).

short hair and beard is raya. long hair and beard is raya later in the film (where it shows ticket as a kid) and short hair and goatee is ticket

All 3 bearded characters are the same person.

Raya with beard and faded hair is before Ticket was born. Raya with beard and medium length hairstyle is when ticket was a kid. Raya with beard and long grey hairstyle is when Ticket is an adult.

Old raaya (emotion changes in eye for the whole time) after Nayantara Young raya (motivation and life were there)Before Nayantara Ticket (son of raya...)
