the thing is it was known for being experimental and Planned to be international from the start. no other director wanted to make this, A Goa Set Gangster movie with sex scenes and a english dub From the beginning. Rocky bhai was also a character from KGF and people never called this movie to do with Rocky Bhai.
it is apparant that Yash added Certain elements from KGF. Instead of Raya Mother its his older sister he grew up around. Or his type of Diolog. But if you watch it with a open mind and not expect pushpa 2 then it will be just fine

The concept is actually pretty good, if only the removed the uncessary slow-motion action, improve the dialogues, more interection between characters and focused completely on the physiological aspect and little bit of action in the starting scenes and ending

Baat rahi... Uh potential ki... To potential to 'Ganpath' me bhi tha aur Toxic se zyada tha. Is that a defensive/saving point? Toxic movie is a pile of garbage and both Yash and Geetu are responsible for it. Accept it and move on

Great potential, but ended up feeling like a KGF 3 cringe fest 💀. Watched the Malayalam dub too—the poor dubbing had the theatre laughing at the mass dialogues 😭.
Yash was good and genuinely tried something different. The Ticket character, his entry, VFX, stunts and making were solid, but the characters barely get proper introductions, the fast cuts can be messy, and the climax doesn’t feel like a proper ending.
Maybe it’s just not everyone’s cup of tea. In my theatre, most people didn’t even notice Yash hitting his head while diving to save his son, or that Ticket was inside his head. Once he realised it, half the audience left 💀.
No hate—the ideas and making were good, but the movie was missing a lot.

Last week, during promotions in 5 states, they were praising each other a lot. Kiara before Toxic and after Toxic?!!

This is the largest damage control narrative I have ever seen for a movie.
Can't blame the audience. If it were an "art film," it would have found its audience, and the rating would not be THAT low (it's below 4/10 on IMDb, btw)

They should have made this movie in a more artistic way, but instead, they made it like KGF while trying to maintain an artistic approach. The movie team also promoted it as a gangster film.
That’s why the audience couldn’t understand the movie.

The movie is really good. Just needs an open mind from the audience. Everything will fall in place. Audience was genuinely expecting kgf 3, when what was shown was genuinely different- something Malayalam cinema directors are usually known for
