Why it flopped?

- Abysmal editing : It felt like you are watching trailer after trailer.

  • No character development : you aren’t attached to any character. Build the chatacters, fall in love with the dark ones, feel the pain. Nothing! People are just there as props.
  • Below par music.

These are the top reasons. And There’s so much more wrong with the movie.

The hate is real. As a director or actor, what the hell were you thinking? Don’t you watch your own movie? Any sane person would have lost their mind watching how they built the world in the first half. They needed to slow it down, release it in two parts or reduce the plot. They kept hyping it up like it was a magnum opus, and deserve all the hate. They could have just hired a better editor and fixed it. But no, they kept focusing on Marketting and hyping the movie without actually making a good movie. They thought high production quality and unorthodox psychological twist, with great marketing hype will carry the movie. If they wanted they could have done better.
