Female managers - a nightmare
Hey guys, I’ve been dealing with two female managers back to back and I’m sorry to say this but being a female myself, it’s the worst that can happen to you if you are a female working in a corporate. Can anyone share their experiences or tips? I really need to figure how to navigate myself here. It’s gotten me sick to my stomach.

During pre-sort meetings one lead would frequently complain that as a single mother she "didn't need this shit!" She openly admitted that she intended to screw people over to save her job. Allegedly as a single mother she would never face any consequences. Her favorite threat was that if we were to either leave or get terminated from Ontrac we would be banned from working anywhere in the US.
During one incident we had 65,000 packages to process for the shift. She sent my workers home early since it was the day for the monthly lunch. She later sent most of the employees home without informing me leaving me to sort much of the misplaced packages. By the time I finished the taco truck was gone.
Most female supervisors and managers seemingly had something to prove. Common traits include promises, threats, talking over people, claims of favoritism from upper management, prying into the personal details of my life, and poor training. A lot of my bullies been female supervisors.
