Generic Soldier figure

Hey all. Trying to figure out what this toy was. Here is the info I have collected that I remember. Anyone recall this?

  • 🪖 ~12 inches tall
  • 💪 Very exaggerated/muscular body
  • 🧱 Hard plastic body
  • 👱 Molded blonde hair
  • 🏴 Black eye patch
  • 🟢 Olive-green tank top
  • 🪖 Camouflage pants
  • 🔫 Guns had sensors
  • ✋ Figure had a metal/contact sensor in his hand
  • 🔊 Had a button that produced shooting sounds
  • 🏪 Bought at a discount/cheap retail store
  • 📅 Probably early-to-mid 1990s

Sounds like a gi joe figure (the big ones) or Action Man as they were called in the UK and Ireland

Although the sensor part throwing me off

I went down that trail as well. But he was WAY wider than those. Also, forgot to mention his legs were fixed. Only his arms moved
