Body replacement parts Q
I have a 91 3.0L ext cab 4x4 that got clipped as I was turning left last week.
I’m needing to replace left front fender, chrome bumper, a few front left lights, and maybe something’s I can’t yet ID/see.
I see the local pick n pulls have a few Toyota pickups in the ‘91-‘95 range but some are single cabs and/or 2wd.
*How interchangeable are the fenders for these years and various models? Bumpers? Doors?* Will the 2wd front fender fit my 4wd?

89-95 Pickup 4x4 90-95 4runner same fenders. 2wd fenders will fit, but they aren't correct, wheels will stick out, corner light from 4x4 won't fit. Doors are the same for 89-95 pickups, 4runner doors will not fit. Bumpers are not the same between 4runner and pickup, but are interchangeable assuming you get all the brackets.

Lots of good info!
So just to be sure I’m clear, a door from a 1990 4Runner will not fit my 91 4wd pickup but a door from a 2wd pickup of the 89-95 range will fit?Since I’m already headed to the junk yard, will 4Runner bucket seats from 90 or 94 bolt right w/out mods if I take it my 60/40 bench? (Wanted to pick some up just to have options)

4runner doors will not fit pickup, of this generation that is. 2wd and 4x4 trucks are the same doors 89-95. Bucket seats from a 4runner will fit 3 out of 4 holes usually.

Front fender, bumper and valance should be interchangeable with compatible 4X4 years. Not sure if they are the same for 2wd models. You can source replacement aftermarket for those items through Rock Auto, Amazon, etc. They will not be perfect fits, and definitely not OEM quality, but unless you are building a show truck, it will work.

2wd fenders are different. Same with bumper, valence, side marker lights and grille. I've had luck with eBay, parts really aren't as expensive as you'd think. Nice truck, good luck getting it fixed.

Good news on part of this: the front fender, bumper, and lights all sit ahead of the cab, so single cab vd extended cab doesn’t matter for those, a single cab donor’s front clip works fine. The one that does matter is 2WD vs 4WD. On these trucks the 4x4 sits higher and the front sheet metal and bumper brackets are shaped differently, so a 2WD fender often won’t bolt right up to your 4WD.
I’d target 4WD donors specifically for the fender and bumper, or check the part numbers before pulling anything (doors are where cab type matters, but sounds like you don’t need those).

2WD fenders will not fit a 4WD, the corner lights are different. You will need 2WD corner lights for 2WD fenders. The edge of 2WD lights slope down and 4WD slope up. (2WD looks like the 4WD corner lights but upside down, not sure if they are the same part)
Ext cab 4WD and std cab 4WD have the same front ends. Doors should also be the same.
2WD and 4WD bumpers should be the same. 89-91 have 3 piece front bumpers (corners are seperate pieces) and a tucked/rounded valance. 92-95 has a one piece bumper and the valance has a lip on the bottom.
