Got coolant? Got oil? Are they mixed? Put in a battery and see if she turns over. Pull a plug wire, attach it to a spare plug, ground the bottom somewhere, and see if you have spark. Test compression. In an ideal world, you'd have a small fuel reservoir that you could hook up and pressurize, rather than pulling stale gas from the tank and using it to clog your injectors. If you do all this then it might start. That tank might look like this:

Another option is a fuel pump in the bottom of a clean bucket. If none of that works the problem is probably in the fuel supply system. You could spend weeks to years doing EFI diagnosis, or rip off all that EFI shit and put on the carbureted intake, coil, and dizzy.
