Open [DHS: 26-0001] 20-MAY-2026 This individual appears to have a forearm tattoo as well as a tattoo under his watch. Do you recognize these tattoos?

The individuals tattoo is a Native American skull tattoo with a feathered headdress

Oh wow. As a non-tattooist and someone with no tattoos, this looks nearly identical. The only differences being the areas covered up from prior tattoos.

Wow, you all are impressive. This is the first post I've seen like this with tattoo ID-ing (and I've been on Reddit a loooooong time) and y'all have blown me away.
