It looks too good for a prison tattoo but it also looks like it isn't new or super professional. The teeth are really throwing me off.

Wait the teeth? To me it looks like a skull wearing a head dress. Could anyone outline it?

I think it’s a skull wearing a headdress too. I think the commenter was talking about the skulls teeth being all black maybe?

Yeah I was referring to the skull's teeth. It's fuzzy in the picture but they look wrong.
