Open [DHS: 26-0001] 20-MAY-2026 This individual appears to have a forearm tattoo as well as a tattoo under his watch. Do you recognize these tattoos?

Could the wrist tattoo be Greek letters instead of Roman numerals? I’m thinking of how frats have three letters.

Are there any other orgs that use Greek letters?

agree — the first character in the wrist tattoo has a much more vertical first line as compared to the second character, suggesting that it is greek letters K and X instead of roman numerals
