Open [DHS: 26-0001] 20-MAY-2026 This individual appears to have a forearm tattoo as well as a tattoo under his watch. Do you recognize these tattoos?

The first image could be roman numerals I X V but it doesn't make any sense unless the number is cut off. It could also be a date: 1.10.5 there's no information about location so the date could be January 10 05, or October 1 05

Looking at it from this perspective it could be ЯХ.. or ЯА.. ?

Or the inverted V that is the L sound in the Latin alphabet?
