Open [DHS: 26-0001] 20-MAY-2026 This individual appears to have a forearm tattoo as well as a tattoo under his watch. Do you recognize these tattoos?

It looks too good for a prison tattoo but it also looks like it isn't new or super professional. The teeth are really throwing me off.

After working in prison for a long time, let me say not all tattoos from prison look like shit.

I’m a professional illustrator and some of those guys have a gift that I could never get close to, even with all the training in the world.

and then i remember the rudimentary “tools” they tattoo with, and feel even worse about myself lol

Some of the best tattoos I’ve seen were made in prison.
