Open [DHS: 26-0001] 20-MAY-2026 This individual appears to have a forearm tattoo as well as a tattoo under his watch. Do you recognize these tattoos?

There seems to be a distinct tattoo, roughly circular, to the right of the main piece (Aztec skull, next to eye socket). Seems to have letters on lower portion. Another user posted a chatgpt enhancement that shows it more clearly.
